Table Reservations — Setup Guide
Turn on table bookings so guests can reserve a table for a specific date, time, and party size, and you can manage incoming requests from one screen.
-
Set your Business Hours
Home tab → tap your store's name in the switcher bar at the top (it shows a small edit icon) to open Edit Store. If your store type is Hybrid, you'll see a Business Hours field there — enter the days/times you accept reservations and save. (You can also fill this in while first creating a Hybrid store via + Add Store.) e.g. Mon-Fri: 09:00-14:00,18:00-22:00; Sat: 10:00-14:00 ( ; between days, , between time ranges) -
Add your tables as Resources
On your storefront home screen, tap the small + (Add Content) button next to "Add Section", then choose Resources. Add one entry per table type (not necessarily one per physical table):- Name — e.g. "2-Top", "Window Booth", "Patio Table"
- Location — optional, e.g. "Patio" or "Main Room"
- Capacity — seats per table
- Quantity — how many tables of that type you have
-
Create the reservation Service
Same + (Add Content) button → Service. This is the bookable item guests tap "Book" on.- Name — e.g. "Table Reservation"
- Description / Photo — optional
- Booking Mode — Slot (fixed time slots), recommended for reservations
- Duration — how long a table is held, e.g. 90 minutes
- Pricing Mode — Flat Price with a base price of 0 (unless charging a deposit)
- Requires Resource — on, then select the table type(s) this reservation can use
- Max Party Size — largest group you'll seat
- Buffer Minutes — turnaround time between bookings (cleaning/reset)
- Active — on
-
Test it
Open the service from your storefront, tap Book, pick a date/time and party size, confirm — this is exactly what a guest will see. -
Manage reservations — and a shortcut for next time
Now that you have a Service or Resource, a Bookings tab appears in your Dashboard. From there you can reach Business Hours, Services, Resources, and view/confirm/cancel bookings — the same actions as above, just faster to find than going through Add Content again.
